My real estate career began early, while still in high school, working for a residential brokerage in Queens, New York, where I obtained my real estate sales license. I continued to build a strong technical foundation in college through coursework in Real Estate Law and Real Estate Finance.

My early commercial experience included working with a wholesale land brokerage, marketing and selling unimproved parcels for recreational and investment use. This role provided hands-on experience with contract negotiation, deeds, encroachments, title considerations, and the mechanics of buy-sell transactions.

Now with more than 40 years of global professional experience, I bring a distinctive local and international perspective to real estate brokerage and consulting engagements. My background allows me to approach transactions strategically—aligning real estate decisions with broader business objectives—while remaining attentive to each client’s specific goals related to leasing, acquisition, disposition, or investment.

Having collaborated with executives and decision-makers at Fortune 500 companies, I am well-versed in the complexities of commercial real estate transactions and the importance of clarity, speed, and execution. My focus is on moving projects forward efficiently while maximizing value and minimizing friction for clients.

My primary markets include Westchester County and the greater New York metropolitan area, with a focus on mixed-use properties, retail storefronts, and development-oriented assets. I am often engaged in consulting assignments involving repositioning strategy, redevelopment potential, and investor outreach.
