With roots in real estate dating back to my high school years, I began my career working for a residential brokerage in Queens, New York, where I earned my real estate sales license. I further strengthened my foundation through college coursework in Real Estate Law and Real Estate Finance.

My early commercial real estate experience included working with a wholesale land brokerage specializing in the marketing and sale of unimproved land for recreational and investment purposes. This experience provided valuable, hands-on exposure to contract negotiation, title issues, deeds, encroachments, and the practical mechanics of complex buy-sell transactions.

Today, drawing upon more than 40 years of global business and technology leadership experience, I bring a distinctive strategic perspective to real estate brokerage and advisory assignments. Having worked extensively with executives and decision-makers at Fortune 500 organizations, I understand the importance of aligning real estate decisions with broader business objectives while maintaining focus on each client's specific goals.
