I’m a New Yorker through and through—and that legacy drives my work in real estate and business. My family came to New York from Scotland, Italy, Germany, and Ireland, my namesake settling in Buffalo in the 1880s before moving through Hell’s Kitchen, the Bronx, Queens, and eventually Long Island. That deep local and cultural history shapes how I approach every deal—with commitment, grit, and long-term thinking.

I exclusively represent property owners in the sale or lease of their buildings. I lead a boutique commercial real estate brokerage that provides full-service representation across retail, office, mixed-use, and industrial properties. Services include strategic pricing and positioning, targeted marketing, qualified prospect screening, market research and valuation, and advisory on lease structuring and exit planning.

I manage my own portfolio of commercial properties, short-term rentals, land, and residential rentals in the New York Metro and Upstate New York. I also work on development projects with my brother, giving me firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities owners face—because I’ve been in their shoes.

With a focus on long-term relationships—not quick deals—I bring a fiduciary mindset and hands-on experience to every transaction. Whether the goal is maximizing value, reducing vacancy, or repositioning an asset, I act as a true partner to ownership.

I also recently launched a business brokerage division to help entrepreneurs and investors buy, sell, and value small businesses. This expansion reflects the same values that drive my real estate work: integrity, strategy, and execution.

Whether it’s a property or a business, sale or lease, I’m fully focused on getting you the best possible outcome—and I have the references to prove it.
