Colleen has a diverse background in Corporate America, where she spent 20 years at fortune 500 Companies holding positions that ranged from implementing a state-of-the-art computerized product retrieval system to her final assignment as a Six Sigma Coach focusing on successfully improving the overall Quality to the end user. Colleen was offered an opportunity to broaden her experience within the Technology Market as a Business Requirements Specialist, specializing in writing Educational Material. Working with a small team; she completed an online book, educating Sales Professionals how to sell in today’s market. Colleen’s love of teaching, training and coaching brought her back to her core. Through the Real Estate World, Realty ONE Group provided her the opportunity to educate Real Estate Professionals / Agents working with New Buyers how to successfully purchase a home without overpaying. Coaching Sellers effectively prepare their home to list; ensuring maximum showings to receive top dollar for it. Colleen created a Rental Program to assist Agents in finding the best Rental Options for their clients with little effort and maximum success. All this culminating in the opening of her own Brokerage that focuses on supporting Agents enabling them to create a lifestyle, a business and fulfill their dreams through Realty ONE Groups 6 C's.
