As a lifelong entrepreneur with a deep passion for real estate, business development, and community impact, I am proud to lead a portfolio of ventures that reflect my drive, long-term vision, and values. I serve as the Principal Broker and Owner of Laviano & Associates Real Estate Group, a full-service brokerage committed to delivering expert guidance and personalized service throughout the Capital Region. With a client-first philosophy and a results-driven team, we help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate process with clarity, confidence, and care.

I’m also the Founder of Laviano Properties LLC, a real estate investment and development company specializing in residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Since acquiring my first multifamily property in 2012, I’ve grown our holdings into a diverse and expanding portfolio — including ground-up developments and community-focused revitalization efforts. Most recently, I led the creation of The Joseph J. Laviano Plaza, a mixed-use project named in honor of my late father.
