Mr. Coscia, a licensed real estate broker, has been in the mortgage banking industry for more than 35 years. He began his career with Marine Midland Bank (HSBC US) in 1977 where, during this 12-year tenure, he created and managed a national mortgage banking platform which originated all construction lending. In 1989, Mr. Coscia founded Largo, the largest privately owned commercial mortgage banking company in Upstate New York with offices in Buffalo, Rochester, Albany, NYC, Orlando, Sarasota, Tampa, Philadelphia, Toronto and Montreal.
With high profile correspondent lender relationships, Largo has originated over $31 billion in commercial real estate loans since its inception and has accumulated a substantial servicing portfolio exceeding $2.5 billion.

Beginning his banking career serving as a Small Business Banker at First Niagara Bank, Mr. Alberalla then spent 12 years with KeyBank. He joined Evans Bank in December of 2013 as a Commercial Loan Officer focusing on business development throughout the branch network.
Mr. Alberalla holds a Bachelors Degree from Buffalo State College and a Master of Business Administration from St. Bonaventure University.

Establishing his career with M&T Bank in 2013 as an Associate in its Management Development Program, Mr. Hereth has served in several positions in Retail and Business Banking. In 2018, he was named Assistant Vice President and in 2019 he took on the role of Business and Professional Banking Relationship Manager. He manages clients of up to $50MM in annual revenue.
Mr. Hereth earned a Bachelor of Science from SUNY Buffalo State College School of Engineering & Technology and a Master of Business Administration from Canisius College Richard J. Wehle School of Business.
Committed to supporting the Buffalo community and the banking industry, Mr. Hereth is an active volunteer in The Academy of Business and Finance at Clarence High School. During his free time, he loves to play golf and spend time with family and friends.
